Role: AI Product Manager

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $130,000 – $200,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.


Role Overview
We are hiring an AI Product Manager to own AI-powered product areas end-to-end. The role works at the intersection of model capabilities, user experience, and business value — shipping AI features that are genuinely useful, not just impressive demos.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own roadmap and strategy for AI-powered product areas
  • Partner with ML engineers on model selection, fine-tuning, and evaluation
  • Define success metrics that capture both quality and business impact
  • Run user research to identify high-value AI use cases
  • Coordinate launches, including responsible AI considerations and rollout plans
  • Communicate AI capabilities and limitations clearly to internal and external audiences

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years in product management, with at least 1 year on AI/ML products
  • Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, evals)
  • Excellent written communication, including PRDs and strategic narratives
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools and experimentation
  • Comfort with technical depth and ability to engage with ML teams
  • Bias for shipping with humility about model limitations
