We are seeking an AI Product Owner
In this exciting role, you’ll help move enterprise AI from ambition to measurable impact. You’ll own product strategy and delivery for GenAI capabilities reaching more than 250,000 colleagues worldwide, working with engineering, data, risk, compliance and cybersecurity specialists.
If you’ve delivered practical LLM-based products and know how to balance innovation with safety, security and adoption, this is an opportunity to shape responsible GenAI at global scale.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Own the GenAI product vision, strategy and roadmap, identifying high-value use cases and translating emerging GenAI capabilities into practical enterprise products.
- Lead GenAI products through the full lifecycle: discovery, use-case assessment, experimentation, prioritisation, delivery, launch, adoption and continuous improvement.
- Define and prioritise the GenAI backlog, balancing colleague value, model capability, user experience, technical dependencies, cost, operational resilience and risk.
- Work closely with engineering, data, architecture and machine-learning specialists to shape requirements and deliver solutions using technologies such as large language models, prompt engineering and AI evaluation.
- Embed responsible GenAI controls and measurable outcomes, addressing model safety, data privacy, cybersecurity, confidentiality, data leakage, inaccurate outputs, bias, misuse and inappropriate access.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
