London (Hybrid, 3 days per week) | Up to £85,000 + Bonus

If you're a Product Owner or Product Manager who has embraced AI and GenAI over the last few years, this is an opportunity to work on some of the most exciting AI initiatives within a large, data-rich organisation. You'll help identify where AI can create genuine business value and take solutions from early discovery through to adoption and measurable impact.

This organisation is investing heavily in AI as part of a broader technology and business transformation. With strong backing from senior leadership, they are embedding AI across commercial and operational functions to improve customer experiences, drive efficiency and unlock new opportunities for growth. Their central AI function works across the business, giving you exposure to a wide variety of challenges, stakeholders and use cases.

The Role

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
