AI Product Specialist – B2B SaaS
UK | Flexible / Hybrid Competitive salary + benefits
We’re working with an established B2B SaaS business that is entering an exciting new phase of product development, with AI becoming an increasingly important part of its platform and future strategy.
Significant investment has already gone into developing new AI capabilities, including intelligent AI agents designed to change how customers interact with the platform, automate activities and make better use of their data.
The technology is being built.
Now they need someone who can bring it to life for customers and commercial teams.
The Role
We’re looking for an AI Product Specialist who can sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success and the customer. You'll develop a deep understanding of the platform's AI capabilities and translate complex technology into clear, practical use cases that demonstrate genuine customer value. You'll work closely with customers to help them understand what's possible and increase adoption, while also giving Sales and Customer Success the knowledge, messaging and tools they need to confidently communicate the AI proposition.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This isn't a traditional Product Manager position and you don't need to be an AI engineer. We're looking for someone who is curious about technology, commercially minded and exceptional at explaining complex ideas simply.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll work closely with Product and technical teams to understand new AI functionality and translate it into meaningful customer outcomes. You'll help develop real-world AI use cases, demonstrations and customer stories that show how the technology solves genuine business problems.
You'll also:
- Run customer workshops, demonstrations and education sessions
- Help customers understand and adopt new AI capabilities
- Develop practical use cases for AI agents and automation
- Enable Sales and Customer Success teams through training, messaging and demonstrations
- Create presentations, product content and thought-leadership material

There isn't one specific career path we're targeting. You could currently be working in Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, Product, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, AI Enablement or a similar customer-facing SaaS role.
