AI Productivity Lead

Role Purpose

Are you passionate about AI, Microsoft technology and turning innovation into commercial growth? We’re looking for an AI Productivity Lead to take ownership of Infinigate Cloud’s AI Productivity portfolio, becoming our go-to specialist for Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI solutions. You’ll shape and execute go-to-market strategies, build and grow strategic partner relationships, and drive adoption, revenue and profitability across the portfolio. Combining commercial expertise with a passion for technology, you’ll also provide specialist guidance across the wider business and work closely with Microsoft and our partner community to unlock new opportunities and accelerate growth.

We are pleased to offer this role as a permanent opportunity, full-time based at either our London, Woking or Fareham offices. This role is hybrid with 3 days per week in office & 2 working from home.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own revenue, gross profit, partner activation and pipeline performance for the AI Productivity portfolio.
  • Develop and execute repeatable GTM campaigns that drive M365, Copilot and AI solution adoption.
  • Recruit, activate and grow strategic partners to agreed revenue, profitability and performance targets.
  • Participate in partner education, events and communication programs, encouraging the utilisation of Infinigate’s GROW and EDGE.
  • Act as the UK&I subject matter expert for Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI Productivity solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of Infinigate Cloud services and programmes to accelerate partner growth.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with Microsoft and key partner stakeholders.
  • Maintain a constant focus on partner satisfaction and achievement of Infinigate's world-class NPS rating.
  • Provide leadership, coaching and specialist guidance across the wider business.

Secondary Accountabilities

  • Identify and drive continual improvements to AI Productivity offerings, processes and partner experience.
  • Mentor and support new employees and colleagues across the business.
  • Support partner events, webinars, workshops and enablement initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.

General Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience working with Microsoft Technologies within the IT Channel.
  • Qualified to Level 100 technical knowledge for Microsoft 365 and Azure AI (Active Fundamentals certification for MS-900/AB-900 and AI-900)
  • Deep knowledge of cloud services, including Microsoft’s Cloud offerings.
  • Proven experience in successfully selling Microsoft cloud-based solutions via CSP.
  • Evidence of being able to nurture strong business CxO level relationships, to meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal, written and numerical skills with the ability to communicate at all levels including strong presentation skills.
  • A high level of computer literacy, combined with strong Microsoft Office suite skills with proven experience of accurately recording data in computerised systems.
  • Proven ability to quickly grasp the features and benefits for resellers and their customers of new technology services and turn into commercial propositions.
  • Excellent organisational skills working well both in a team environment and individually.
  • Proven ability to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Full UK Driving Licence, access to a vehicle, and business use insurance, which covers travel to other offices, vendors and partners beyond normal commuting

Desirable

  • Sales Qualified to Level 100 knowledge or equivalent across all Microsoft and our other vendors cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics, Security Fundamentals for example).
  • Minimum of 10 years’ business development work experience working with multinational vendors within the IT Channel.
  • MCP or equivalent in Microsoft Licencing.
