Corndel is looking for an AI Programme Designer to help build innovative learning programmes that equip professionals with practical AI, automation, and workflow skills.
Working within our Product team, you'll design engaging learning experiences, workshops, assessments, and digital resources that make AI accessible, relevant, and impactful in the workplace. This is a unique opportunity to help develop flagship AI programmes from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing
- Designing AI-focused curriculum content, including e-learning, workshops, assessments, and learner resources.
- Creating practical learning experiences covering AI, automation, workflow tools, and agentic AI.
- Ensuring programmes align with apprenticeship standards and industry requirements.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts, coaches, and product teams to deliver high-quality content.
- Continuously improving learning materials based on feedback and industry development.
- Keeping up to date with emerging AI technologies and trends.

Essential Experience & Skills
- Experience developing curriculum, training, or e-learning content for professional, technical, or digital skills programmes.
- Demonstrable experience working with AI, automation, generative AI, or AI-enabled business solutions in a learning, training, consulting, or workplace environment.
- Strong working knowledge of current AI technologies and their practical application in the workplace, including tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Gemini, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating content, training materials, or learning experiences related to AI, automation, digital transformation, or emerging technologies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills, with the ability to translate complex AI and technical concepts into engaging, accessible learning experiences.
- Strong understanding of instructional design, curriculum development, and learner progression.
- Ability to design practical, workplace-focused learning experiences that help learners apply AI tools and capabilities in real-world business settings.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside subject matter experts and technical teams.
- A passion for AI innovation and a commitment to keeping pace with developments in generative AI, automation, and agentic AI technologies.

- Experience in apprenticeships, vocational training, or professional education.
- Experience developing AI, automation, data, or digital learning programmes.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional environment.
- Training, coaching, or instructional design experience.
- Relevant Microsoft, AI, automation, or digital technology certifications.
