About the Role
Celine Interior Design is looking for an innovative and highly capable AI Programmer & Automation Specialist to join our London team on a full-time basis. This is a newly created role focused on identifying, developing and implementing AI solutions across the business. The successful candidate will work closely with our design and operational teams to understand how we currently work, identify opportunities for automation, and use AI to make our processes more efficient, streamlined and scalable. You will play a key role in helping Celine Interior Design become a forward-thinking, AI-enabled design business.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Automation
- Analyse our existing design and business processes and identify areas where AI and automation can improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to automate existing phases of our interior design process.
- Create workflows, systems and automations that reduce repetitive manual tasks and improve productivity.
- Integrate AI tools and platforms into our existing software and working processes.
- Explore opportunities to use AI across design development, documentation, administration, project management, communication and other areas of the business.
- Develop bespoke AI solutions where appropriate to meet the specific needs of Celine Interior Design.
AI Implementation & Rollout
- Lead the implementation and rollout of AI tools and systems throughout the company.
- Work with different departments to understand their requirements and introduce practical AI solutions.
- Ensure AI systems are implemented effectively and adopted by the wider team.
- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of AI implementations and continuously improve them.
- Establish best practices and processes for the responsible and effective use of AI within the company.

Continuous Development
- Stay up to date with the rapidly evolving AI landscape, including new software, platforms, models and automation technologies.
- Continuously research and test new AI programmes and identify opportunities that could benefit the business.
- Recommend and implement new technologies as they become available.
- Regularly review existing AI systems and update them as technology develops.
Team Education & Support
- Educate and train the wider team on how to use AI effectively in their day-to-day roles.
- Develop simple guides, workflows and training materials for new AI tools.
- Act as the company's internal AI specialist and point of contact.
- Encourage a culture of innovation and help the team understand how AI can enhance—not replace—their expertise and creativity.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as new AI systems are introduced.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about AI and technology and who understands how to turn new technology into practical business solutions.
- Strong programming and technical skills, with experience developing AI-powered applications or automations.
- Experience working with AI tools, APIs, LLMs and automation platforms.
- A strong understanding of current AI technologies and their practical business applications.
- Experience integrating different software platforms and creating automated workflows.
- The ability to analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members.
- A willingness to continuously learn and experiment with emerging technologies.
- An interest in design, architecture, interiors or creative industries would be highly advantageous.

The Ideal Candidate
This role would suit someone who is entrepreneurial, curious and commercially minded, rather than someone who simply wants to maintain existing systems. We are looking for an individual who will actively ask: “How could AI do this better?”
You will have the opportunity to shape how AI is used across the entire company and have a significant impact on how Celine Interior Design operates in the future.
