We’re recruiting an experienced AI Transformation Project Manager to join a leading global Legal organisation as part of an ambitious, organisation-wide AI transformation programme.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in how AI is evaluated, introduced and adopted across the organisation, ensuring new technologies are implemented safely, responsibly and in a way that delivers measurable business value. Working within a multi-disciplinary transformation function, you’ll operate at the intersection of AI, technology, transformation, project delivery and change, leading complex initiatives from initial business case through to implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.
The role
As an AI Transformation Project Manager, you’ll lead and support the delivery of AI projects across multiple business areas and geographies. You’ll work across the full project lifecycle, including defining business cases, developing project plans, gathering and analysing requirements, reviewing and redesigning processes, assessing solutions, planning implementation, supporting UAT, and coordinating training and adoption.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the management, analysis and delivery of AI and transformation projects.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, action logs, RAID logs and other project controls.
- Analysing existing processes and identifying opportunities for efficiency, standardisation and cost savings.
- Identifying tactical solutions that remove pain points and deliver practical improvements.
- Supporting AI adoption and change management, including assessing change impacts and developing communications and training.
- Mapping and engaging stakeholders across complex projects.
- Defining and tracking success measures, ROI and benefits realisation.
- Identifying dependencies across projects and helping to reduce siloes across the organisation.
- Supporting colleagues in developing effective project delivery approaches and ways of working.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience within a professional services or legal company would be advantageous, as would a recognised project management or process improvement qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, Scrum or Six Sigma, although these are not essential.
