AI Project Manager
Southampton - Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

VIQU has partnered with an international professional services organisation on an AI Project Manager opportunity, leading AI, data and business change initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities of the AI Project Manager:
- Lead AI projects from initiation through implementation and handover.
- Translate business opportunities into clear objectives, business cases and delivery plans.
- Manage milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, RAID and benefit tracking.
- Coordinate business, technology, data, risk, legal, compliance and vendor stakeholders.
- Manage requirements, data readiness, testing, validation and implementation.
- Lead business change, communications, training and adoption planning.
- Establish strong governance across AI pilots, proofs of concept and production implementations.
- Coordinate responsible AI considerations covering privacy, security, compliance, data quality and model risk.
- Prepare reporting for sponsors, governance forums and boards.
- Drive benefit realisation and continuous improvement of AI delivery approaches.

Key Requirements of the AI Project Manager:
- 3+ years' project management or equivalent experience.
- Proven technology and business change delivery experience.
- Experience delivering AI, data, analytics, automation or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts including generative AI and machine learning.
- Strong data literacy and understanding of data governance, privacy, security and compliance.
- Proven change management and technology adoption experience.
- Strong stakeholder management across business and technical functions.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and presenting to governance forums or boards.
- Strong analytical, organisational, leadership and facilitation skills.
- Experience with MS Office and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project or Jira.
- PRINCE2, PMQ, PMP or equivalent would be relevant.
- Regulated, professional services or financial services experience would be advantageous.
