AI Product Engineer – React Native
London | Hybrid | Up to £140k + Benefits
I'm partnering with a high-growth HealthTech business that's rethinking how technology can support people through some of the most difficult moments in their lives. They're now looking for an exceptional React Native Engineer to take real ownership of their mobile product.
This isn't a role where you'll be handed perfectly defined tickets. You'll work closely with Product, Design and Clinical teams, helping decide what gets built, why it matters and how it should work — then owning it through to production.

What we're looking for:
- 📱 5+ years commercial React Native experience
- ⚡ Strong TypeScript / JavaScript
- 🧠 Genuine product mindset — user first, code second
- 🤖 Already embracing AI-assisted engineering
- 🚀 Startup / scale-up mentality and comfortable with ambiguity
- 🏗️ Strong mobile architecture, testing & release experience
- 🍎 Swift / Kotlin exposure is a big bonus
You'll be joining a highly collaborative engineering culture where AI is already changing how software gets built, giving engineers more time to focus on product thinking, architecture and solving meaningful problems.

Compensation:
£120k–£140k base + benefits
📍 London – 2 days per week
💼 Permanent
