Since 2022, we have been placing exceptional talent at VC-backed startups and we're looking for a recruiter who already knows this world extremely well. There’s a big opportunity to be leading the whole division if this person impresses.

What you'll do

  • Run active AI searches end to end, from sourcing through to close
  • Recruit across roles including AI engineering, machine learning, data, research and product
  • Source through our existing candidate database, your own network and the channels that work best in AI
  • Speak to candidates daily, qualifying them, building relationships and managing them through the process
  • Sell opportunities honestly and effectively, getting strong candidates excited about the right companies
  • Develop new business by identifying emerging AI companies and opening client conversations
  • Help shape the direction, positioning and growth of our AI recruitment division

What we're looking for

  • Proven AI or deep-tech recruitment experience, with a strong understanding of the companies, roles and talent in the market
  • A strong closer with a consistent track record of successful placements and billings
  • Senior enough to run a desk independently without hand-holding
  • A sharp communicator who candidates and clients trust and want to work with
  • Genuinely curious about AI and able to look beyond surface-level buzzwords
  • Evidence of leadership, management or mentorship experience
  • Highly autonomous, responsible and comfortable owning your work remotely
