The Initiative
You will play a crucial role in training advanced language models by creating high-quality research questions, generating answers, and evaluating AI outputs. This role offers clearly structured responsibilities, allowing you to contribute to frontier AI research without the high pressure typically found in traditional full-time consulting roles.

To perform the required tasks, ALL experts on this project must own and operate a MacBook with an Apple Silicon 'M' series chip.
- Accepted Devices: M1, M2, M3, or M4 series MacBook Pro or MacBook Air.
- OS Requirement: Must be running macOS 15 or higher.
💰 Compensation & Project Scope
- Rate: $50 - $60 USD per hour
- Commitment: Part-time, 10-20 hours per week (Immediate start preferred).
- Format: 100% Remote, independent contractor role. Work strictly on your own schedule.
- Payments: Processed weekly via Stripe or Wise.
✅ Qualifications & Profile Requirements
- Educational/Professional Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's/Postgrad studies, OR possess a Bachelor's degree from a prestigious institution with 2-3 years of relevant professional experience (STEM or non-STEM fields).
- Skills: Exceptional online research abilities, capable of gathering and clearly summarizing complex information from diverse sources.
- Communication: Flawless written English communication skills.
- Bonus: An interdisciplinary degree is highly preferred.
- Contractual Restrictions: We are unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time.
