The Opportunity
Help shape the future of productivity tools. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI technologies that will transform how people manage their time, tasks, and daily lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in machine learning, natural language processing, and AI to enhance our suite of productivity tools.
- Develop novel algorithms and models to improve task automation, predictive scheduling, and personalised productivity recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our existing products and systems.
- Design and conduct experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of AI models in real-world productivity scenarios.
- Publish research findings in top-tier academic conferences and journals, establishing warpSpeed as a thought leader in Application AI.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of innovation within the team.

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI research, with a focus on applications in productivity tools or similar domains.
- Strong publication record in top-tier AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with large-scale data processing.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
