Role: AI Research Scientist (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Full-Time
Payout: $600K - $2000K/yr

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Frontier AI to work on a full-time basis. The role involves advancing cutting-edge AI models and infrastructure to push the boundaries of machine learning capabilities. Responsibilities span algorithmic research, system design, and implementation of next-generation AI solutions. Candidates must demonstrate deep technical expertise in AI/ML systems and architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead research and development of frontier AI models, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
  • Design and optimize large-scale AI training and inference systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
  • Evaluate and benchmark emerging AI techniques against state-of-the-art baselines.
  • Publish findings and contribute to the broader AI research community.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, or related fields.
  • Experience with large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Familiarity with GPU/TPU acceleration and high-performance computing.
  • Ability to design and implement novel algorithms for AI model training and inference.
