Job Title: AI Revenue Growth Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

Seniority Level: Senior/Executive

Industry: IT Services & IT Consulting, Software Development, Artificial Intelligence

About the Company

We are recruiting on behalf of a premier global technology solutions and services group. Expanding rapidly within the artificial intelligence sector, they are launching a dedicated AI Data Services business unit across the UK and EMEA. This division delivers mission-critical data networks, specialist human-in-the-loop expertise, and model evaluation capabilities to world-leading AI research labs and technology enterprises.

Role Overview

As the AI Revenue Growth Manager (AI Data Services), you will lead regional revenue growth and market expansion across UK and EMEA. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a senior individual contributor role responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing complex commercial agreements with frontier AI labs, foundation model creators, hyperscalers, and robotics/embodied AI firms. You will combine strategic market hunting with consultative solution selling, positioning advanced AI data capabilities (annotation, RLHF, model evaluation, red-teaming) to technical leaders, C-suite executives, and enterprise procurement teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
