Our Mission

01Health is at an inflection point. The platform is built, revenue is accelerating, and we are moving from a single-specialty company to a multi-vertical specialist healthcare platform - with AI as embedded clinical infrastructure. Our vision is to help all clinicians deliver the latest innovations in healthcare, improving the standard of care for millions of people. Backed by the investors behind Revolut, CityMapper, and Depop - we're scaling fast across the UK and beyond, and are looking for exceptional people to join us on our mission.

What is happening at 01Health right now:

  • Balderton-backed Series A company
  • 90% of UK patients can reach an 01 Health–affiliated clinic within 30 minutes
  • All growth has been inbound, ~50% word of mouth
  • 4.98★ customer rating from the dentists who use us
  • Aerox (sleep) ready for national rollout to top-performing 01 Partners, with a 300+ clinic waitlist
  • US expansion live
  • New verticals being tested and prototyped

We are not searching for product–market fit anymore. We are ready to dominate the market, and to do it across multiple medical specialties, transforming lives in the process.

The Role:

We’re hiring our first AI RevOps Manager to own the systems, data and AI infrastructure powering the revenue engine across 32Co, Aerox and future verticals.

You’ll own our RevOps stack - currently HubSpot, BigQuery, Metabase, Attention, Aircall and Claude - and help evolve it as we scale. A core part of the role is analysing where we can improve and building with AI to maximise the outputs of our commercial team.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thinks like an operator, builds like an engineer and is excited about the practical impact AI can have on go-to-market teams. Beyond maintaining systems, we want someone who proactively uncovers insights, spots issues early, and builds tools and processes that make teams more effective every day.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You’ll report into the VP Finance, work closely with the VP Commercial and wider exec team, sitting at the centre of how the business operates and scales.

What you'll own:

AI Infrastructure & RevOps

  • Own the AI, systems and data infrastructure powering the commercial organisation. Build the apps, skills, prompts, automations and integrations that help AEs, AMs, marketing and leadership operate inside AI day-to-day.
  • Identify repeatable commercial workflows and redesign them using AI and automation. Constantly challenge existing systems and processes, improving how the business operates at scale.

Commercial & Finance Enablement

  • You're a strategic partner to our VP Commercial rather than working from a brief - which means being embedded with the wider commercial team every day. That closeness to AEs, AMs and leadership is how you see where strategy and execution pull apart, and you're the one turning it into the roadmap, priorities and systems that close the gap.
  • Proactively surface insights, identify risks early, and build dashboards, workflows and tooling that make commercial and finance teams materially more effective.

HubSpot

  • Own HubSpot end-to-end across all 32Co verticals - pipelines, automations, reporting, integrations and data structure, with a focus on reducing admin and improving commercial execution.

BigQuery & Metabase

  • Own the analytics layer across HubSpot, product and operational data. Build dashboards and early-warning reporting that give the business clear visibility into pipeline, revenue and commercial health.

Who you are:

  • 3-6 years in RevOps, ideally with time spent at a high-growth B2B startup with deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise
  • Comfortable in SQL. You can write your own BigQuery queries and ship a Metabase dashboard end-to-end without needing a data analyst.
  • Genuinely AI-native. You use Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n or similar every day, and you have shipped with them and have built Claude / Cursor / agent skills that other people in your org rely on (AI building blocks, not one-off prompts)
  • Loves to see, play with and interpret data. You don't wait to be asked – you spot things, surface them, and ask "should we be doing something about this?"
  • You build to enable, not to gatekeep. Your instinct when you see someone struggling with a manual task is to ship them a tool, not own the process yourself
  • Strong systems thinker – you can see how a HubSpot change ripples through to a forecast, a comp plan and a customer experience
  • You're energised by being embedded with the commercial team in the office, not shipping tools from a distance.
  • Commercially sharp. You care about the number, not just the dashboard.
  • High agency. You will be the first dedicated RevOps hire. You'd rather design and build a system yourself than inherit someone else's, and you want the freedom to pick your own tools and approach to get there.
