Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

We’re looking for a hands-on builder who loves connecting AI, systems, data, and people, and can confidently balance competing priorities across the business.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience in AI operations, automation, business systems, Revenue Operations, or a similar systems-focused role, ideally within SaaS
  • Strong, hands-on Claude experience, ideally including recent experience building, managing, and linking AI agents, as this will sit at the heart of the role
  • Hands-on experience configuring and administering HubSpot
  • Experience with Planhat or a similar customer success platform (preferable)
  • Exposure to Salesforce, Google BigQuery, or Google Sheets (a plus)
  • Experience building reporting, dashboards, health scoring, alerts, or operational insight
  • An understanding of territory mapping, tiering, and how to prioritize
  • Outstanding stakeholder management, with the ability to influence without formal authority, read the room, and focus on what matters most
  • A strong grasp of customer lifecycle and commercial metrics, including ARR, retention, churn, and expansion
  • Someone who enjoys building and fixing, rather than maintaining the status quo

If you’re excited by the chance to build something from the ground up, with the autonomy to shape how a business uses AI, data, and automation, we’d love to hear from you.
