Job Context

As an AI Sales Executive, you drive adoption of Simpro Group's AI back-office solutions across our existing customer base. This is a closing role — not a prospecting grind. Most of your pipeline comes to you warm, handed off by Account Managers or triggered through marketing. Your job is to run tight, high-impact demos, connect our AI products to where a customer is losing margin today, and close.

You'll also self-generate a significant portion of your pipeline through targeted outbound into our existing customer base. No cold outreach into net-new logos — just deeper penetration into accounts that already know and trust us.

What You’ll Do

Close — At Volume

  • Receive warm inbound leads from the Account Management team and marketing — the majority of your pipeline is already primed
  • Run several demos per day with existing customers, moving deals through a short call cycle from first conversation to closed
  • Carry and crush a defined adoption and expansion quota tied directly to customer margin improvement
  • Close consistently and at volume — this role is built for multiple wins per week

Be the AI Authority

  • Connect our AI products directly to each customer's business — translating technology into the number they care about most: profit
  • Handle every technical question and objection with confidence — you are the product authority in every conversation
  • Know how our products integrate with each other and with the customer's existing technology stack
  • Build and maintain deep mastery across the full portfolio — including new products and acquisitions the day they land

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Generate & Manage Pipeline

  • Self-source a significant proportion of your pipeline through outbound into existing, non-managed accounts

  • Stay sharp on industry trends and competition so you can out-position anyone in the market
  • Bring the voice of the customer back to product, shaping the roadmap with frontline insight

  • Fired up by the idea of taking a business from surviving to thriving — you sell transformation, not software

  • Experience in SaaS, field service, or trades industries is advantageous
