Overview
The AI Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the organization by leading the sales team and developing strategies to leverage AI products or services in the market. This position is vital in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and driving revenue through effective sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies & Outreach campaigns to achieve revenue targets for AI products or services
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and motivation
- Identify and approach potential clients to understand their AI needs and offer tailored solutions
- Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling pitches and sales materials
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Stay updated on AI industry trends and competitors to provide insights for business growth
- Participate in pricing and contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the sales team
- Report on sales metrics, forecasts, and market intelligence to the senior management

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in AI sales or a related field
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and applications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
