About The Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Security Engineer to secure AI, machine learning, and Generative AI solutions across enterprise environments. The role will focus on embedding security controls throughout the AI lifecycle and strengthening safeguards for large language models (LLMs), foundation models, AI models, data pipelines, and AI-enabled applications. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the security, integrity, and responsible deployment of AI technologies within our client ecosystems.
The AI Security Engineer will collaborate closely with data scientists, AI engineers, architects, and governance teams to develop comprehensive security strategies, conduct threat assessments, and implement robust security measures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI security, addressing emerging threats and helping shape best practices for responsible AI adoption.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, practical experience, and strong stakeholder management skills. Candidates should demonstrate a deep understanding of AI/ML security risks, hands-on experience with AI red teaming, and familiarity with secure AI development practices. Relevant certifications and experience working across multidisciplinary teams are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Perform security assessments and threat modelling for AI, ML, Generative AI, and LLM-based solutions to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Design and implement comprehensive AI security controls, guardrails, and monitoring capabilities to safeguard AI models and data pipelines.
- Conduct AI red-team exercises to simulate adversarial attacks such as prompt injection, jailbreaks, model manipulation, data leakage, and other adversarial techniques.
- Secure model development, training, evaluation, deployment, and operational environments by embedding security best practices and controls.
- Integrate security controls within AI CI/CD pipelines and configuration management processes to ensure continuous security compliance.
- Partner with data scientists, AI engineers, architects, and governance teams to establish and maintain AI security standards, patterns, and control requirements aligned with enterprise governance.
- Analyze emerging AI threats and continuously improve defensive controls, testing approaches, and response strategies.
- Support the secure and responsible adoption of AI technologies across enterprise environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
