Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

As AI product portfolios evolve and field requirements mature, this role will adapt to operational needs. Currently, your work will focus on three core strategic pillars:

  • Accelerated Sales Velocity: Streamlining the sales cycle by developing standardized service packages, scope guardrails, and automated deal-desk resources to reduce lead times.
  • Ecosystem & Partner Enablement: Building robust training programs, playbooks, and collateral to ensure internal field sales and external delivery partners can consistently position, cross-sell, and attach AI services offerings.
  • Unified Services Go-to-Market Strategy: Partnering with cross-functional teams to align service sales motions across specialized solutions and core platform products, translating complex portfolio capabilities into clear, high-converting sales assets.

You will provide operational insight, deal-desk support, and enablement resources for strategic accounts and high-complexity opportunities—converting field insights into scalable tools, playbooks, and practice-wide sales frameworks.

Responsibilities

AI Sales Enablement & Execution

  • Develop, maintain, and roll out field AI enablement programs, sales playbooks, objection-handling guides, and pitching materials for global service offerings.
  • Conduct ongoing training sessions and onboarding programs for field reps, sales engineers, and services partners.
  • Create clear scoping tools, proposal templates, and standardized service packages to accelerate deal desk approvals and customer sign-off.

Operations & Strategic Advisory

  • Provide targeted deal-support analysis and enablement guidance on complex, high-value sales opportunities.
  • Establish scope guardrails and sales frameworks that mitigate delivery risk while maximizing contract value.
  • Gather feedback from win/loss analyses and field engagements to continuously refine sales materials, process flows, and value propositions.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track and analyze enablement program adoption, sales attach rates, deal velocity, and service package performance.
  • Build dashboards and reporting models to provide visibility into enablement impact, field readiness, and pipeline conversion trends.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the services sales process and propose data-driven solutions to optimize overall sales efficiency.
