The Company
I'm working with an early-stage, well-funded AI-centric fintech tackling a genuinely hard problem in the data and decision intelligence space. They have real customers, real revenue, impressive funding runway and a small founding engineering team with serious pedigree. The technical problem is genuinely hard, and the market timing is right.
The Role
Hands-on engineering role, joining a small team early. You'll own meaningful parts of the system across backend services, data infrastructure, and AI integration layers. This suits someone who wants to build and own things, not manage people.

What They're Looking For
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong CS fundamentals and system design instincts
- Python and/or TypeScript as your primary stack
- Comfortable across backend, data pipelines, and AI integration
- Experience with data technologies such as Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, or BigQuery is a plus
- Active user of AI coding tools day-to-day
- Startup or founding engineer background preferred
- Any fintech or data-intensive domain experience is a bonus
