The Role
- Design, develop, and deliver AI-powered solutions for government and enterprise clients
- Build applications, integrations, and automation using technologies such as Python and modern AI frameworks
- Work directly with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into practical AI solutions
- Facilitate discovery workshops, technical discussions, and solution design sessions with diverse stakeholders
- Develop machine learning models, AI applications, and intelligent workflows to improve business processes
- Design scalable solution architectures and recommend appropriate technologies for projects

What You'll Need
- Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning concepts
- Experience delivering AI or software solutions within commercial environments
- Ability to write code, ideally using Python, TypeScript, or similar technologies
- Experience working directly with customers, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Active UK eDV Security Clearance is required
