We are Hiring AI Solution Architect
Location - Bristol, Leeds/ Manchester- 2 days WFO
6 Months
2 days onsite, 3 days remote work
Position 1: AI Solution Architect x1
Role Overview
The AI Solution Architect will lead the end-to-end design of enterprise AI solutions, defining architecture standards, governance frameworks, integration patterns, and agentic AI strategies across Microsoft and Azure ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Define enterprise architecture for Microsoft Copilot and Agentic AI solutions.
- Design scalable multi-agent architectures using Copilot Studio and Azure AI services.
- Establish integration patterns between Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and Workday.
- Design MCP and A2A communication frameworks for collaborative AI agents.
- Define AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI controls.
- Lead technical discovery workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
- Provide architectural oversight throughout solution delivery.
- Support knowledge transfer, solution adoption, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, security teams, and product owners.

Required Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in:
- Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Copilot Studio
- Azure AI Services
- Azure OpenAI
- Azure AI Foundry
- Strong understanding of:
- Multi-Agent Architectures
- MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- A2A (Agent-to-Agent) Communication
- RAG Architectures
- Enterprise AI Governance
- Experience integrating AI solutions with Workday.
- Experience defining AI operating models and governance frameworks.
- Ability to engage with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong consulting and customer-facing skills.
