Key Responsibilities
- Pre-sales discovery and solution design: Work with sales and customer teams to understand creative and business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and shape compelling AI solution proposals, demos, and proofs of concept.
- Generative media prototyping: Build hands-on prototypes using image, video, audio, and multimodal generation models for use cases such as advertising creative, product imagery, virtual try-on, storyboarding, content localization, animation, and media production.
- Production delivery: Help customers move from prototype to production by integrating model APIs, designing reliable workflows, and addressing latency, throughput, cost, observability, safety, and quality.
- Agentic solution development: Design and implement practical agentic systems around generative media workflows, including orchestration, tool use, state and memory, model routing, human review, failure handling, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Model evaluation and optimization: Compare models and workflows using qualitative and quantitative evaluation, improve prompts and model configurations, and communicate trade-offs clearly to customers and internal teams.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with product, research, engineering, and go-to-market teams; bring customer and industry insights back into product and model development.
- Industry learning and thought leadership: Stay current with generative media models, creative tools, and production practices, and turn new capabilities into clear customer-facing use cases.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a bachelor's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, creative technology, animation, film, digital media, advertising, or a related field or discipline.
- Hands-on experience building with generative AI models, especially image, video, or audio generation, demonstrated through an internship, academic project, portfolio, open-source contribution, startup project, or shipped product.
- Experience taking at least one AI application beyond a simple demo toward production-grade use—for example, through an internship—with attention to reliability, evaluation, latency, cost, monitoring, safety, or user experience.
- Programming proficiency in Python or another relevant language, and practical experience integrating model APIs or machine learning frameworks.
- Understanding of the generative media workflow, including prompting, conditioning or reference inputs, model selection, output evaluation, and iterative creative refinement.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- A creative background or portfolio in film, animation, directing, advertising, design, content production, gaming, or another creative discipline.
- Internship or project experience in advertising technology, e-commerce, creative tools, film production, media and entertainment, social content, or creator platforms.
- Experience working directly with diffusion, transformer, or multimodal models, including fine-tuning, LoRA, control, or conditioning techniques, inference optimization, or model evaluation.
- Familiarity with media-processing tools and pipelines, such as FFmpeg, image/video/audio preprocessing, asset management, or creative workflow automation.
- Experience designing demos, presenting technical work, gathering user feedback, or collaborating with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Curiosity, ownership, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment where both the technology and customer needs evolve quickly.
