AI Solution Engineers
Location: London / Hybrid
Type: Contract
We are Hiring an innovative and pragmatic AI Solutions Engineer to help design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents within the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem. The successful candidate will build intelligent agents that automate activities across our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes, reducing manual effort, improving data quality, and accelerating workflow execution.
This role will focus on creating Copilot agents that interact with business systems, populate and manage templates, orchestrate workflows, and connect information across multiple stages of the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in Microsoft's AI platform with strong business process understanding and a passion for automation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related Microsoft AI technologies.
- Create workflow-driven agents that automate activities across Product Lifecycle Management processes.
- Build solutions that populate, update, and validate business templates and documentation.
- Integrate Copilot agents with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Dataverse, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop workflows that connect multiple process stages and business functions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Implement governance, security, compliance, and monitoring controls for AI solutions.
- Create reusable agent frameworks and automation patterns to accelerate future deployments.
- Support pilot programs, proof-of-concepts, and scaled production implementations.
- Document solutions, provide user training, and establish best practices for AI adoption.

Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Experience developing solutions using:
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- SharePoint Online
- Dataverse
- Microsoft Teams integrations
- Knowledge of workflow automation and business process orchestration.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications and data sources.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, generative AI, and agent-based automation.
- Strong stakeholder management and business analysis skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Experience working within governed enterprise environments.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Languages: Python (primary), SQL, Bash
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Azure AI to design and deploy AI-driven workflow solutions.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, agent-based automation, workflow orchestration, API integrations, and document/template automation within enterprise environments.
