AI Solutions Architect | London (Hybrid) | Global Banking Group

Salary: Up to £140,000 + Bonus

A leading global banking and financial services group is expanding its AI & Innovation team within Architecture & Engineering, at a pivotal stage of its enterprise AI journey. We're looking for a hands-on AI Solutions Architect to take end-to-end ownership of AI solution design — from use case intake through to governance approval and production delivery.

The Role

  • Own AI solutions from initial use case intake through to production deployment
  • Translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architectures aligned to enterprise technology stack
  • Design and implement AI solutions across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI services, and GCP
  • Lead solution design through Solution Design Authority (SDA) and internal architecture governance forums
  • Own architecture artefacts — design documents, technical specs, integration patterns, governance submissions
  • Drive AI governance processes — risk assessments, control alignment, production readiness
  • Act as technical point of accountability for solution design decisions across the delivery lifecycle
  • Design with full consideration of integration, data flows, identity, security boundaries, and operational resilience
  • Support prototyping, validation, and troubleshooting hands-on alongside engineering teams
  • Develop reusable architecture patterns and technical guidance for common AI use cases

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
