Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on AI Solutions Architect with extensive experience in designing, deploying, and managing Sovereign AI platforms within regulated environments such as telecom and government sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, AI governance, NVIDIA AI technologies, cloud-native platforms, and security compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end Sovereign AI solutions encompassing infrastructure, data, security, governance, and AI applications.
- Define AI architectures, deployment blueprints, and modernization roadmaps tailored to client needs.
- Advise customers on AI adoption strategies, data sovereignty, compliance, and operational models.
- Implement and operationalize NVIDIA NIM, LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation RAG, AI agents, and GPU-based AI platforms.
- Ensure compliance with TSA requirements, data sovereignty regulations, and e-Governance standards.
- Drive AI use cases including anomaly detection, O&G Asset Management Predictive Maintenance Static, service assurance, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), autonomous networks, and digital twins.
- Collaborate with executives, engineers, regulators, and stakeholders to deliver secure AI solutions.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI Orchestration, LLM fine-tuning, model serving, vector databases, and Agentic AI Orchestration.
- Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, OpenStack, containers, GPU infrastructure, NVIDIA AI Enterprise, and Cloud foundry.
- Understanding of telecom domains including Network Operations, Service Assurance, Telecom OSS (Operations Support System), Security Operations, Google Cloud Platform Networking, and AutoAI.
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Governance, risk management, and critical infrastructure security.
- Excellent Leadership Skill, Stakeholder Management, and Counselling and Mentoring Skill.

- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in AI consulting, government/public sector, defense, or regulated industries.
- Exposure to Sovereign AI, National AI Platforms, Digital Twins, Smart Cities, or Trusted AI initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA AI Enterprise ecosystem, GPU optimization, and secure/air-gapped deployments.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in AI solution architecture, with a strong emphasis on compliance and security in regulated environments. A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions are essential.
