AI Solution Architect – Senior Manager / Associate Director
Capital Markets | London | Hybrid – 3 days in the office
Salary aligned with experience and seniority

An experienced AI Solution Architect is required to design and deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions across complex capital markets environments.
You’ll combine strong architecture experience across AI, cloud and data platforms with the commercial ability to translate business challenges into secure, scalable solutions. Working with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary technical teams, you’ll help take AI initiatives from strategy and experimentation through to production.
What you’ll be doing
- Design end-to-end AI, Machine Learning and Generative AI architectures.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Deliver solutions using LLMs, RAG, embeddings and agent frameworks.
- Define architecture patterns across cloud and enterprise environments.
- Guide solutions from prototype through to production.
- Provide technical leadership across AI, Data Science and Engineering teams.
- Support pre-sales, business development and client propositions.
- Embed security, governance and responsible AI principles.

What you’ll bring
- Enterprise-level AI, ML or data architecture experience.
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and modern AI frameworks.
- Cloud experience across Azure, AWS, GCP or Databricks.
- Understanding of MLOps, LLMOps, APIs and enterprise integration.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading technical delivery.
- Pre-sales and business development experience.
- Strong banking or capital markets experience.
