Designation- AI Solutions Architect (Sovereign AI)
A highly technical and hands-on AI architect with a proven track record of designing, building, and operating Sovereign AI platforms within telecommunications, government, or other highly regulated environments. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, AI governance, and cloud-native AI platforms with a strong understanding of telecom networks, critical national infrastructure, and security compliance obligations.
The candidate should have practical experience delivering Sovereign AI solutions end-to-end, including deploying and operationalizing NVIDIA AI Enterprise technologies, NVIDIA NIM microservices, GPU-accelerated AI platforms, and production-scale inference architectures. They must be comfortable working across multiple telecom domains, ensuring AI solutions comply with TSA (Telecommunications Security Act) requirements, data sovereignty regulations, and enterprise governance standards.
Key Attributes
- Hands-on experience building and deploying Sovereign AI platforms in secure, regulated, and mission-critical environments.
- Design and architect end-to-end Sovereign AI solutions spanning infrastructure, data, security, model lifecycle management, governance, and AI applications.
- Advise customers on AI platform adoption, deployment models, data sovereignty requirements, and operational governance frameworks.
- Define AI reference architectures, deployment blueprints, and modernization roadmaps.
- Proven experience implementing and operationalizing NVIDIA NIM-based AI solutions, including LLM inference, RAG architectures, AI agents, and domain-specific AI services.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM fine-tuning, model serving, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with Kubernetes, OpenStack, containers, GPU infrastructure, NVIDIA AI Enterprise, and cloud-native AI platform engineering.
- Deep understanding of telecom domains including:
- Network Operations
- Service Assurance
- Fixed & Mobile Networks
- Network Cloud Infrastructure
- OSS/BSS
- Security Operations
- Data & AI Platforms
- Knowledge of TSA requirements, data sovereignty, critical national infrastructure security, risk management, and AI governance frameworks.
- Experience applying AI to telecom use cases such as anomaly detection, root cause analysis, predictive maintenance, service assurance, autonomous networks, and network digital twins.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills capable of engaging executives, engineers, regulators, and government stakeholders.
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, mentoring teams, and driving adoption of AI technologies across large-scale telecom environments.

Candidates will stand out if they possess:
- MS/PhD preferred in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a related technical discipline.
- Prior AI consulting or technology advisory experience.
- Experience working with government organizations, public sector institutions, defense organizations, or regulated industries.
- Experience delivering Sovereign AI, National AI Platform, or Trusted AI initiatives.
- Expertise in Digital Twins, Smart Cities, or National Digital Infrastructure programs.
- Knowledge of AI governance, model risk management, and responsible AI frameworks.
- Experience with accelerated computing, GPU optimization, and AI infrastructure platforms.
- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA AI software libraries, AI Enterprise ecosystem, and GPU-based AI deployments.
- Exposure to secure, air-gapped, or highly regulated deployment environments.
