AI Solutions Engineer
We're working with a global technology and consulting organisation that is growing its AI practice and delivering AI solutions for enterprise customers.
They're looking for an AI Engineer who enjoys being close to the customer and getting hands-on with technology.
You'll work directly with clients to understand their challenges, run discovery sessions and workshops, and then design, build and deploy AI solutions into production.

You'll be working with technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, automation and machine learning, while using your software engineering skills to turn ideas into working solutions.
We're looking for:
- Strong hands-on software engineering experience
- Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript or similar
- Experience building and deploying production software
- Practical AI / GenAI / LLM experience
- Cloud experience AWS, Azure or GCP
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder skills
- Experience with discovery, workshops or technical consulting
- Ideally exposure to AI agents, agentic workflows or RAG

Experience across insurance, fintech, financial services, government, public sector or other regulated industries would be a bonus.
