Job Description
They work directly with operations and product teams, find real problems, and turn them into working agentic AI and automation solutions quickly. They partner with an onsite Platform Architect and an offshore team of agent engineers, automation developers, and QA.
What you'll do
- Work with business users and Product Owners to find automation use cases and shape them into backlog items.
- Build prototypes and production-grade agents fast, and show working software at every sprint demo.
- Integrate with enterprise platforms such as property management, workforce management, forecasting, and supplier systems through APIs and event-driven patterns.
- Build on cloud using CI/CD pipelines, following our security and quality standards.
- Feed what you learn on site back to the offshore team, so delivery keeps moving quickly.
- Act as a trusted technical voice for client stakeholders, from frontline teams to senior leadership.

What you'll bring
- 12+ years in full-stack or platform engineering, with recent hands-on GenAI work.
- Strong skills in LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and multi-agent orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, or similar).
- Python and/or TypeScript; REST APIs, event-driven integration, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Cloud experience, preferably Azure (AWS or GCP is also fine).
- Experience in customer-facing roles where you turned loosely defined business needs into shipped solutions.
- Comfortable working in agile delivery, with fortnightly sprints and demos.

Good to have
- Hospitality or hotel operations experience. If a candidate has strong engineering depth but no hospitality background, we can upskill them.
- Experience with enterprise security (SSO, RBAC) and governance for AI solutions.
What success looks like
Use cases go live quickly, client stakeholders adopt them, and value can be measured against agreed KPIs.
