Build AI that works in the real world
We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who wants to build AI solutions that work inside client environments, pass their security reviews and keep running after the project closes. This is not about prototypes or pilots. It is about getting solutions into production, connected to the systems clients actually use.
The role
You will work alongside our AI engineers and transformation strategists to design, build and deploy agentic solutions for clients. You will handle everything from technical design and integrations to cloud deployment and client-facing conversations about what you have built.
A central part of the role is contributing to reusable architectures and standards so that each new engagement builds on the last rather than starting from scratch. The role spans infrastructure, integrations and technical design. You may not be equally strong in all three, and we are not expecting that. We are looking for range and the appetite to keep widening it.
- Contribute to the technical design of AI solutions, including agent architecture, tool selection and orchestration, and integration logic
- Build and maintain integrations into client systems, including REST APIs, gateways and connections into marketing and communications technology platforms
- Set up and operate solutions on Azure or AWS, covering deployment, monitoring, access control and cost management
- Take part in client meetings, turning requirements into technical options and explaining what has been built to non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to reusable architectures and components that carry over to the next client
- Ensure that security and data governance requirements are addressed throughout the build process

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What good looks like after 6 months
- Solutions you have worked on are running in client environments and can be maintained by more than one person
- The client's IT and security teams are comfortable working with you directly
- Integration work you have contributed to is being reused across clients
- Colleagues actively want you on their engagements
Who you are
You are someone who is motivated by getting things to work in practice, not just in theory. You have a few years of experience working in tech and are comfortable being the only technical person in a room, explaining trade-offs without jargon and being honest about what will and will not work. You are curious, you ask when you do not know, and you document what you build so others can maintain it.
To succeed in this role you bring a combination of the following experience and strengths:
- Experience shipping production code, including working in unfamiliar codebases
- Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS, including setting up and managing infrastructure in production
- Integration experience including REST APIs, authentication and webhooks
- Experience building solutions powered by LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic), with practical understanding of how agents behave with real data
- Working knowledge of security and data protection principles (e.g. least privilege, data residency), with the ability to identify when specialist support is needed
- Professional English. Swedish is an advantage but not required
