All about the role
As the AI Solutions Engineer you will design and deploy AI-powered internal applications that enhance sales productivity, automate workflows, and improve decision-making. This is a hybrid role with a 2/3 day split between our Bradford HQ and your UK home base.
Key Responsibilities
- Build internal web and mobile applications using AI-assisted development tools, validating any AI generated code
- Automate repetitive sales workflows (CRM updates, proposal drafting, follow-ups, reporting)
- Develop AI-powered assistants for:
- Quote generation
- Customer analysis
- Email drafting
- Sales forecasting
- Integrate apps with CRM systems
- Rapidly prototype tools and iterate based on feedback
- Translate business requirements into working AI-driven solutions
- Ensure data security and compliance standards are met

Essential Skills for the role
- A track record in AI Solutions Engineering
- Strong Python / Dotnet experience
- The ability to translate business requirements into working AI-Driven Solutions, producing production quality output whilst ensuring data security and compliance standards are met.
- Experience in creating pipelines & version control.
