About Us

Forsyth Barnes are partnering with a leading manufacturing company who are looking to grow out their in-house AI capability through hiring an AI Engineer.

Job Description

As an AI Engineer you will design and deploy AI-powered internal applications that enhance sales productivity, automate workflows, and improve decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build internal web and mobile applications using AI-assisted development tools, validating any AI generated code.
  • Automate repetitive sales workflows (CRM updates, proposal drafting, follow-ups, reporting).
  • Develop AI-powered assistants for:
    • Quote generation
    • Customer analysis
    • Email drafting
    • Sales forecasting
  • Integrate apps with CRM systems
  • Rapidly prototype tools and iterate based on feedback
  • Translate business requirements into working AI-driven solutions
  • Ensure data security and compliance standards are met

  • Experience in AI Solutions Engineering
  • Strong Python and JavaScript skills
  • The ability to translate business requirements into working AI-Driven Solutions, producing production quality output whilst ensuring data security and compliance standards are met.
  • Experience with either Claude Code or Copilot
