AI Solutions Engineer
London | Up to £80,000 + Bonus & Benefits | Permanent
Omnis Partners is working with an international pharmaceutical business investing heavily in enterprise AI adoption.
They’re looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to help turn high-value business use cases into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
This is not a purely coding-focused role. You’ll sit between business stakeholders, internal AI specialists and external technology partners, helping take AI opportunities from initial concept through architecture, deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing
- Translate business use cases into practical AI and data solutions
- Support the design of scalable AI architectures and integrations
- Help lead AI solutions through deployment into production
- Work with technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners
- Monitor live AI solutions against agreed business KPIs
- Support the wider adoption of AI and agent-based technologies across the organisation

What we’re looking for
You may come from an AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, AI Solutions or Solutions Architecture background.
You should have:
- Strong understanding of modern AI/ML technologies
- Experience deploying AI or data solutions into production
- Exposure to cloud-based AI platforms and modern data/software architecture
- Good understanding of integration, monitoring and AI/ML lifecycle management
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Enough technical depth to work effectively with engineers and technology partners

Previous pharmaceutical or life sciences experience is not required.
Salary: £70,000-£80,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Location: Central London
Working pattern: Office-led with some flexibility
