UFORCE exists to make aggression unaffordable.

Founded in Ukraine and headquartered in London, UFORCE is a defence-technology company with operations across Europe, the United States and Asia.

UFORCE builds uncrewed vessels, ground robotics and aircraft, autonomy software, and the command-and-control layer that operates them together. Each platform is deployable on its own, and stronger as part of the system. Its product lines include the MAGURA family of uncrewed surface vessels, the NEMESIS family of strike platforms, the LIUT family of ground robotic platforms, and counter-UAS systems.

About the Role

UFORCE is looking for an AI Specialist, GTM to help our go-to-market teams get more done with AI. You’ll focus primarily on Marketing and Military Exercises, with additional support for Sales and Revenue Operations. You’ll identify the most valuable problems to solve, build practical tools and automations, and help teams make them part of everyday work.

This is a hands-on role for an AI-native business operator who combines business judgment, fast learning, and the ability to build. You won’t wait for a perfectly defined backlog: you’ll learn how teams work, uncover the underlying problems, and redesign workflows around what AI makes possible. You’ll own small-to-medium solutions independently and partner with our AI team on larger, more complex systems, working within architectural direction from the hiring manager.

Your work will span discovery, building, testing, rollout, enablement, and measurement. Success means useful solutions that people actually adopt and that improve capacity, quality, speed, or access to information—not simply more agents, dashboards, or prototypes. Deep software-engineering experience and prior knowledge of UFORCE’s GTM model are not required.

What you’ll do

  • Build an AI-first Marketing operating model. Redesign recurring content and campaign workflows so the team can produce more high-quality assets through reusable templates and systems rather than one-off production. Put approved messaging, claims, quality controls, and human approvals at the center of the workflow.
  • Improve how Military Exercises operates. Learn the team’s operating model, identify its highest-friction recurring work, and build AI-enabled workflows where they create meaningful leverage. Opportunities may include planning, coordination, participant and contact capture, preparation, follow-up, after-action insights, and handoffs into GTM systems.
  • Help make GTM intelligence useful in everyday work. Partner with our AI team on UFORCE’s GTM intelligence and People Graph, connecting people across emails, companies, roles, relationships, and interactions. Build appropriate components such as activity capture, account and contact context, engagement signals, CRM enrichment, and follow-up, and help teams adopt the resulting tools.
  • Add hands-on execution capacity for Sales and RevOps. Independently deliver small-to-medium improvements in areas such as reporting, closed-lost analysis, engagement scoring, CRM and data quality, follow-up, workflow automation, and enablement, while supporting—not duplicating—the larger programs already underway.
  • Turn useful solutions into normal ways of working. Own testing, rollout, lightweight training, and adoption reinforcement. Establish clear ownership and measure before-and-after impact in time, quality, capacity, or information access. Reuse shared data and capabilities, avoid tool sprawl, and make sound decisions about when to improve, scale, or stop a solution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on AI building. You use AI deeply in your own work and have personally built useful tools, agents, automations, analyses, or workflows. You can show what you built, how it reached users, what changed after real usage, and the difference it made.
  • Business judgment and rapid learning. You can quickly make sense of an unfamiliar Marketing, Sales, RevOps, or exercise workflow by understanding its users, decisions, data, handoffs, and failure points. You build credibility with functional experts through good questions and useful delivery.
  • Problem discovery and independent ownership. You don’t need a detailed task list to make progress. You identify the underlying problem, challenge initial assumptions when needed, prioritize high-value opportunities, and redesign the work rather than simply automate the request as given.
  • Technical and CRM/data fluency. You can work directly with structured business data and AI-assisted technical tools. You understand CRM concepts, entities and IDs, relationships, APIs and integrations, permissions, data quality, and source-of-truth boundaries. You can read and verify AI-generated code or workflows, catch bad assumptions, and recognize when engineering or security support is needed.
  • Adoption, enablement, and cross-functional influence. You can explain new tools clearly to non-technical users and help people who don’t report to you change how they work. You have evidence of a solution becoming part of everyday operations and can describe how you addressed resistance or poor initial adoption.
  • Practical prioritization and responsible AI judgment. You know when a lightweight solution is enough, what not to build, and when further iteration is not worth the effort. You handle customer, pipeline, contact, meeting, and company information carefully, recognize that AI output can be wrong, and apply appropriate human review and access controls.
