About the Role

We are searching on behalf of our client for this role. This position is not with OVI.

Join our client's Innovation Team as an AI Specialist, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future with AI. Our client is an AI-powered marketplace for compliance specialists, and every team member is an equity partner in the business. You'll work in a flexible, hybrid environment based in Berkshire, New York, with occasional travel to Reading.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build GenAI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
  • Develop Agentic AI systems for automation and orchestration.
  • Build and deploy ML models for real-world business use cases.
  • Work with AWS services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS.
  • Drive AI innovation, POCs, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor others.

Your Profile

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 2+ years hands-on experience in AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
  • Strong skills in Python and Java.
  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and semantic search.
  • AWS cloud expertise, particularly with Bedrock and SageMaker.
  • Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.
