We’re seeking experienced Strategy and AI Leaders with sharp commercial acumen to step into the future of AI consulting. Our focus? Embedding Generative AI, agentic systems, and copilots across core operational, competitive, and value-creation domains of our clients’ businesses.
The Role: AI Strategy Expert (Leadership Level)
This high-impact role bridges strategy, innovation, and delivery—ideal for problem-solvers who thrive at the intersection of business and technology. You’ll drive transformation at the cutting edge, from Agentic AI in risk governance to AI sovereignty in enterprise architecture to enabling the AI-empowered workforce of the future.
Core Responsibilities
We take a multi-faceted approach to AI strategy and implementation:

REDEFINE strategy
- Partner with clients to articulate their AI ambition, identify high-impact use cases, and develop prioritisation frameworks to guide investment.
- Ensure AI initiatives align with core business objectives and are built for long-term scale.

ENABLE business transformation with AI
- Help disrupt business models by integrating AI and automation into core operational processes.
- Drive efficiency and measurable value—delivering new capabilities, faster outcomes.

BUILD scalable AI capability
- Assist organizations in developing and scaling AI across functions, embedding strategy, tools, governance, and culture.
- Define and nurture operating models, talent strategies, and responsible AI frameworks for sustainable growth.

DRIVE responsible AI adoption
- Foster ethical, transparent, and value-aligned AI deployments.
- Implementation of frameworks for safe, secure, and accountable AI use.

SUPERCHARGE delivery
- First mover advantage: Experiment with modern AI and automation technologies to enhance proof-of-concept work.
- Leverage AI to augment research, automate processes and accelerate client and internal innovation.

- Growth-oriented: Proven track record of developing AI capabilities, defining operating models, upskilling talent, and embedding AI-ready cultures.
Technical & Delivery Expertise
- Holistic understanding of modern AI, including LLMs, Generative AI, machine learning, and their enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience from use-case definition through to delivery, including workshop facilitation, prototype building, and alignment against business goals.
- Commitment to responsible AI approaches, demonstrating awareness of risks, ethics, and governance principles.
Experience that Makes the Difference (Senior Consultant Level)
- Leadership: Proven success in heading high-impact AI projects- own delivery workstreams, drive complex engagements from strategy to execution.
- Client autonomy: Capability to engage directly with clients and stakeholders, reflect meaningful impact.
- Strat-to-delivery mastery: Bridge gaps between strategy formulation and delivery execution to deliver clear, measurable business outcomes.
