Overview
The AI Strategy & Adoption Lead will play a critical role in ensuring Gallagher maximises the value of its investment in Artificial Intelligence (AI) by driving adoption, engagement, and measurable outcomes across our UK Trading Divisions and Enterprise Solutions.
This is a business-facing role that requires a strategic mindset and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives. While not a purely technical position, we require a solid understanding of AI technologies and their potential applications within a business context.
This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities to leverage AI to enhance operations, improve decision-making, and deliver value across Gallagher UK. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills are essential, as this role will involve collaborating with diverse teams to champion AI adoption and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
If you are passionate about the transformative potential of AI and have the expertise to bridge the gap between technology and business strategy, we would love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
