Job Description
You own the entire AI roadmap for one of the UK's largest pension funds, starting from a blank canvas.
This is a greenfield project in the truest sense. No legacy decisions to unpick, no leadership with fixed ideas about how it should be done. You come in, assess what is needed, and shape the direction of AI across the organisation from the ground up.
That means doing the serious strategic work. You are running buy vs build analysis, evaluating where AI creates real value, and making the calls that determine how this fund moves forward with technology. The decisions you make here will have lasting impact across one of the most significant pension funds in the UK.
