Shape the Future of AI Transformation

We're partnering with a fast-growing consulting business that has built a strong reputation delivering complex data, analytics, and transformation programmes for large enterprise clients. Having successfully established a high-growth AI practice, they're now looking for an AI Strategy Manager to help drive the next phase of expansion.

This is a rare opportunity to join an established, profitable consultancy at a pivotal stage of growth and take ownership of AI engagements that blend strategy, technology, and business transformation.

The Role

As an AI Strategy Manager, you'll operate at the intersection of executive strategy and hands-on technology delivery, helping organisations move from AI ambition to real-world implementation.

You'll work directly with senior stakeholders while leading the design, development, and delivery of AI solutions that create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead AI and data transformation engagements from discovery through to implementation.
  • Own delivery of AI solutions, from proof of concept through to production deployment.
  • Advise C-suite and board-level stakeholders on AI strategy, adoption, and governance.
  • Design AI roadmaps and identify high-value use cases across client organisations.
  • Support enterprise-wide AI enablement, operating model design, and governance frameworks.
  • Mentor consultants and technical specialists while helping shape the growth of the AI practice.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for senior audiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
