About Role
We are looking for an AI Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert to help clients transform their end-to-end supply chains using Data, AI, Generative AI, and agentic AI. This role combines deep supply chain domain expertise with a practical understanding of digital and AI capabilities to identify high-value use cases, shape transformation roadmaps, and support the delivery of scalable solutions across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, fulfillment, and customer service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand supply chain challenges, identify performance gaps, and align AI initiatives with strategic business priorities.
- Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across key supply chain functions, including demand planning, supply planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory optimization, and service operations.
- Evaluate and build business cases by assessing business value, data readiness, process maturity, technology fit, and implementation feasibility for AI use cases.
- Design AI transformation roadmaps and solutions by translating business requirements into actionable plans and supporting the implementation of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions integrated with existing enterprise systems.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and AI adoption through workshops, governance frameworks, operating models, executive presentations, and scaling strategies to ensure measurable business impact.
What You'll Bring
- Strong Supply Chain Expertise: Deep knowledge of one or more supply chain domains, including planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, inventory, fulfillment, or service operations.
- Supply Chain Transformation & Digital Change Experience: Proven experience in supply chain transformation, consulting, operational excellence, digital initiatives, or technology-enabled change programs.
- Data & AI Knowledge: Practical understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, AI agents, analytics, data products, and decision intelligence, with the ability to apply them to business challenges.
- Business Problem Solving & Stakeholder Management: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate operational challenges into AI solutions, while effectively communicating with senior business, technology, and operations stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Delivery: Experience facilitating workshops, developing business cases and executive presentations, and working in agile teams alongside data scientists, engineers, architects, product owners, and client teams.

Preferred Experience
- AI-Enabled Supply Chain Solutions: Experience designing or implementing AI-driven solutions for forecasting, scenario planning, exception management, replenishment, sourcing intelligence, logistics, and inventory optimization.
- Modern Data & Technology Knowledge: Understanding of cloud data platforms, modern data architectures, APIs, and integration patterns that support scalable AI solutions.
- Consulting & AI Governance Expertise: Experience in consulting, pre-sales, solution shaping, or client-facing leadership, along with knowledge of responsible AI, model governance, data quality, change management, and user adoption.
Your Security Clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required. There are other criteria and checks required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
