We're looking for an AI Systems Architect who will lead agentic systems design, mentor teams, and drive real outcomes for leading clients.

About Kubrick

We're an award-winning consultancy that helps organizations design, build and scale data and AI solutions that deliver lasting impact.

We work with organizations across industries including financial services, healthcare, retail, energy, aviation, and the public sector, and partner with leading technology providers such as Microsoft, Snowflake, Databricks, and Collibra.

What sets us apart is how we build capabilities and careers. Through continuous learning, real-world experience, and a collaborative culture, we help our people develop the skills, confidence, and experience to build rewarding careers.

What You'll Be Doing

As an AI Systems Architect you will join our Core Engineering Practice to act as the technical authority of an emerging specialism in designing and delivering AI systems, as well as developing internal IP and establishing Kubrick as a thought leader in this fast-moving space.

You will support the Platform Engineering Capability Lead in incubating this specialism with a view to establishing it as a Core Capability and be an advocate for agentic systems more broadly within the business to ensure their potential and commercial applications are well understood.

The AI Systems Architect will be Kubrick’s subject matter expert for agentic systems and provide support and guidance to junior team members as necessary to ensure they are successful on their client engagements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
