AI Technical Delivery Lead

Seniority: Mid-Senior Level
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 6 months (potential extension)
Location: UK / Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced AI Technical Delivery Lead to lead the technical delivery of AI solutions and manage a team of AI/software developers across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical delivery, developers, code reviews, and engineering standards.
  • Translate business/product requirements into Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and actionable development tasks.
  • Design and deliver agentic AI solutions using LangGraph and/or CrewAI.
  • Work hands-on with AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Boto3, ECS/ECR, and CloudWatch.
  • Drive Git, TDD, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders on requirements, estimates, risks, dependencies, and delivery.

  • Proven experience leading AI/software development teams.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Agentic AI, and software engineering.
  • Experience with LangGraph/CrewAI, Bedrock, Git, CI/CD, and TDD.
  • Strong LLD, Agile delivery, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
