£80,000 - £130,000 + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

With an established international engineering team of over 50 software and AI engineers, this is an opportunity to help shape the next generation of enterprise AI platforms, intelligent software and agentic systems being deployed into some of the world's most recognised organisations.
We're looking for an engineering leader who combines exceptional software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions into production. Whether your background is software engineering, machine learning, platform engineering or forward deployed engineering, we're interested in hearing from you.

You'll bring:
- Experience building enterprise AI solutions in production
- Excellent software engineering fundamentals
- Strong system design and architecture experience
- Experience leading engineering teams or technical programmes
- Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, executives and engineering teams
- Experience delivering AI products within regulated or enterprise environments
- Commercial awareness and customer-facing experience
- Passion for coaching and mentoring engineers
