Senior Technical Learning Specialist
Location: Hybrid - Virtual delivery, with the requirement to deliver from QA centres and client sites.
Your Role:
As an expert in AI Engineering and Agentic AI, you will deliver innovative, high-quality training across AI Engineering, Generative AI, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, LLM Application Development, and Modern AI Platforms to a diverse range of clients.
You will empower learners to apply their knowledge effectively in real-world scenarios. You’ll maintain high satisfaction scores, contribute as a subject matter expert, and collaborate across teams to support shared goals and continuous improvement. In addition to training delivery, you will support in shaping the future of AI learning by contributing to the design, development, and continuous improvement of cutting-edge AI Engineering and Agentic AI courses.
With strong expertise in LLMs, AI orchestration frameworks, retrieval systems, AI application development, and cloud-based AI services, you will remain at the forefront of emerging technologies through continuous professional development and industry engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Deliver high-quality and engaging training in line with policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Performance & Quality Metrics: Attain a consistent Trainer Satisfaction Score (TSAT) of 92%+ and achieve 'Meeting Expectations' in trainer observations, utilise feedback to improve performance and effectiveness of training, conduct peer observations providing constructive feedback.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as an SME utilising your in-depth knowledge to contribute insights to internal discussions, client programmes, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Communication: Collaborate effectively across teams, maintaining professional proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribution: Support team objectives and initiatives, demonstrate accountability and reliability showing flexibility to adapt to priorities.
- Continuous Professional Development: Proactively maintain industry-recognised certifications, engage in continued learning to stay up to date with industry trends, emerging tech, and best practices.
Your Experience:
Training Delivery
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills to effectively deliver complex technical content in an engaging and interactive manner virtually and/or in-person.
- Ability to connect with diverse audiences both technical and non-technical professionals.

- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and multi-agent systems.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying production-ready AI applications using modern AI Engineering practices.
- Strong understanding of agent orchestration, planning, reasoning, memory management, tool calling, and autonomous AI systems.
- Experience applying AI solutions to real-world business challenges including automation, productivity, customer service, software development, and decision support.
- Ability to evaluate, optimise, and monitor AI systems for performance, safety, reliability, and business impact.
AI Engineering Tools & Frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in Python for AI application development.
- Experience with leading AI frameworks and orchestration tools including: LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK, Azure AI Foundry, Hugging Face.
- Experience integrating AI systems with APIs, enterprise software, and external tools.
- Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval technologies.
LLM & GenAI Development
- Strong understanding of: Prompt Engineering, Structured Prompt Design, Function Calling, RAG Architectures, Fine Tuning Concepts, Evaluation Frameworks, Guardrails, and AI Safety.
- Experience developing enterprise AI assistants, copilots, and agent-based solutions.
- Knowledge of multimodal AI including text, image, audio, and video applications.
Cloud & Enterprise AI Platform
- Working familiarity with modern cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) including AI/ML services, data lake architectures, and cloud-native tooling.
- Understanding of enterprise AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- Familiarity with deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI solutions.
Data & Integration
- Experience integrating AI systems with structured and unstructured enterprise data.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Data Lake architectures, APIs, and microservices.
- Understanding of data governance and information retrieval best practices.
Skills and Technical Proficiency
- Expert knowledge of AI Engineering, Agentic AI, and Generative AI concepts and practical implementation.
- Strong capability in designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions using modern AI frameworks and platforms.
- Proficiency in Python, AI orchestration frameworks, vector databases, and AI evaluation techniques.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
