WHO WE ARE

Apprentify Group is a portfolio of six companies, each with its own culture, personality, and people. Across the group we support around 10,000 learners a year and we're scaling fast. We need someone ready to lead, deliver, and continuously improve the learning experience for apprentices on our Level 3 and Level 4 AI programmes.

QUICK FACTS

  • Location: Remote-first (with occasional travel for team events or customer meetings)
  • Reports to: Performance Manager – Delivery
  • Contract: Full-time, permanent

LIFE IN THE ROLE

You'll be the subject matter expert learners turn to for applied AI and workplace AI adoption, helping them build the confidence to deploy AI across business workflows responsibly. You'll deliver both face-to-face and virtual classroom sessions, bringing modern pedagogy, real AI tools, and interactive approaches into every session so learners stay engaged and build real capability, not just theory.

Day to day you'll be facilitating hands-on learning with AI tools and real business use cases, coaching learners as they build AI-enabled processes and solutions, and keeping momentum on programme milestones. You'll also work closely with employers, acting as a trusted AI skills advisor who helps organisations adopt AI productively and responsibly.

You won't be designing the curriculum from scratch — that's owned by our curriculum team — but you'll be a vital voice in evolving it, feeding back what's landing and what isn't, and helping bring AI concepts to life through case studies and workplace context.

THE HONEST HARD BIT

AI moves fast, and so do we. You'll be teaching tools and techniques that shift month to month, which means staying genuinely current isn't optional — it's part of the job. You'll also be balancing classroom delivery, employer relationships, and curriculum feedback loops at the same time, in a remote-first, fast-scaling environment that doesn't always hand you a fixed script.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
