About the Role
We are looking for AI Trainers – Audio Speech Evaluators to support an AI speech evaluation project. In this role, you will interact with an AI through natural, unscripted conversations across different topics and scenarios. You will then evaluate the AI's speech and conversational performance and provide detailed feedback to help improve the quality of AI-generated conversations.
In this role, you will:
- Have natural 20–30 minute conversations with an AI bot.
- Follow task instructions while keeping the conversation natural and engaging.
- Evaluate the AI's tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency, intonation, clarity, pacing, and overall conversational quality.
- Identify subtle issues in the AI's speech and conversational behavior.
- Provide clear, objective, and constructive feedback based on defined guidelines and evaluation criteria.
- Complete assigned tasks within the required timelines while maintaining quality standards.

- Are native English speakers or have demonstrably native-level spoken English.
- Have excellent conversational and listening skills.
- Can identify subtle differences in pronunciation, accent, tone, pacing, and conversational style.
- Are comfortable speaking naturally and spontaneously with an AI system.
- Have strong attention to detail and can provide high-quality written feedback.
- Have a reliable internet connection, laptop/computer, good-quality microphone/headset, and a quiet environment.
