About the Company
We are seeking experienced Healthcare Operations professionals to support the development and training of next-generation Artificial Intelligence systems.
About the Role
As an AI Trainer - Healthcare Operations, you will leverage your professional expertise to evaluate, validate, and improve AI-generated responses related to healthcare administration, medical coding, revenue cycle management, payer operations, utilization management, and health information processes. This is a unique opportunity to apply your industry knowledge to help train advanced AI models used by leading technology organizations. The assignment is fully remote, self-directed, and focused on written analysis and evaluation activities. There is no patient care, no clinical responsibilities, no shift work, and no on-call requirements.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated responses related to healthcare operations and administrative processes.
- Review content covering:
- Medical coding and documentation
- Revenue cycle management
- Medical billing
- Claims processing
- Utilization management
- Prior authorization workflows
- Health information management
- Payer operations
- Healthcare compliance and administrative processes
- Assess the accuracy, completeness, and practicality of AI-generated outputs.
- Compare multiple AI responses and identify the highest-quality solution.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, regulatory concerns, and inaccurate interpretations.
- Provide clear written feedback and rationale for evaluation decisions.
- Create and refine expert-level content used to train and improve AI models.
- Work independently while maintaining quality and productivity expectations.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Coding certifications or similar credentials are advantageous but not required.
- Practical expertise and demonstrated industry experience are valued above credentials alone.
Required Skills
- Extensive professional experience in healthcare operations, administration, reimbursement, coding, billing, health information management, payer operations, or related healthcare business functions.
- Practical experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Medical Coding
- Medical Billing
- Revenue Cycle Management
- Health Information Management (HIM)
- Utilization Management
- Prior Authorization
- Claims Adjudication
- Payer Operations
- Provider Operations
- Healthcare Administration
- Compliance and Regulatory Operations
- Genuine availability to commit 30-40 hours per week for the full 12-week assignment.
- Strong written communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to evaluate detailed healthcare workflows and operational processes.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- General familiarity with AI tools, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or other Large Language Models (LLMs).

Pay range and compensation package
For transparency, this position does not involve direct patient care, does not require clinical licensure, does not involve shift work, evenings, nights, or on-call responsibilities, and is not a customer service or call-center role. It focuses exclusively on evaluating and improving AI-generated healthcare operations content.

Successful candidates will be invited to join the 12-week engagement and begin contributing to AI training initiatives immediately following onboarding.
